This space is being designed for you to visit to find out the latest events going on at the Colleton County Memorial Library (CCML)!


What is the mission of the Young Adults Department?

To serve all young adults, regardless of any impediment they may face in becoming literate.

To foster a sense of community among young adults, many of whom feel there is 'nothing" to do in Colleton County.

To host programs that are fun, engaging, and promote literacy and intellectual growth of the young adults.

To build a collection that is diverse in subject, content, and breadth of humanity.

October Young Adults Library Events

The month of October will be very busy at the library.
I know you will be entering the middle of the semester for you high school folks.
Don't forget about the activities we have planned for you.

October 6th - Anime Club -4-5:30 PM

October 11th YA Gaming Club 4-5:30 PM

October 17th Teen Read Week Party/TAB Meeting: Topic Drug and Alcohol Abuse
3-5:00 PM ***There is no school on this Monday so come out.****

October 27th GirlTalk BookClub: Discussion of themes from The Bluford High Series


Don't forget that I am available for HW help using SC Discus from 4-5PM everyday after school when I am not doing one of the progams listed above. This is if you need information to write a story, report, essay. SC Discus can help you find facts about a country. You can find a current event article.
